Introduction

By submitting your name onto ADNEC’s mailing list, you are consenting to the processing of Data for a series of specific purposes:

To send you marketing communications regarding ADNEC venues, relevant events and offers.

 

B. Data-sharing

ADNEC never share or sell your e-mails address with any third-parties for any commercial purposes. We may, on occasion, send you communications on behalf of third-parties that we work with.

 

C. Unsubscribing

You have the right to unsubscribe / deregister from the ADNEC mailing list at any time. This can be achieved by unsubscribing via the link provided at the bottom of any ADNEC e-mail communication.

ADNEC free Wi-Fi privacy policy

A. General Consent to Processing

By registering for ADNEC’s Free Wi-Fi service, you are consenting to ADNEC processing your Data for a series of specific purposes:

 

  • To ensure that only legitimate users are accessing the ADNEC Free Wi-Fi service.
  • To help us identify and assist users experiencing issues with connection to and use of the ADNEC Free Wi-Fi service.
  • To collect anonymised aggregate location data on the number of people in the venue, crowd density and flow around the venue.
  • To send you marketing communications regarding ADNEC venues, relevant events and offers.

 

B. Connecting to ADNEC Free-Wi-Fi with a third-party authentication service.

When you create your ADNEC Free –Wi-Fi account, and authenticate with a third-party service, (like Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn) we may collect, store, and periodically update information associated with that third-party account, such as your lists of friends, followers or connections, as well as any other information that is shared by the third-party service. The information we get from these third-party authentication services depends on your settings and their privacy policies, so please check what those are.

ADNEC may use this information to tailor the communications and services we offer you.

ADNEC will NEVER use the access granted by the third-party authentication services access to undertake any of the following without your further permission:

 

  • Post content on your behalf
  • Follow / unfollow other users
  • Change your profile information
  • Add hashtags to your posts / tweets
  • Republish content
  • Deploy your content for commercial promotion
  • Store non-public content (i.e., direct messages)
  • Share or publish private posts / tweets or confidential information

 

C. Data-sharing

ADNEC NEVER share or sell your Data with any third-parties for any commercial purposes. We may, on occasion, send you communications on behalf of third-parties that we work with.

 

D. Unsubscribing

You have the right to unsubscribe / deregister from the ADNEC Free Wi-Fi service at any time. This can be achieved by:

 

  • Unsubscribing via the link provided at the bottom of any ADNEC e-mail communication
  • Removing the connection / permissions associated with the ADNEC Free Wi-Fi service within the settings of the third-party authentication service that you used to authenticate to our service.
