Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre’s (ADNEC) ICC Abu Dhabi will once again become a hub of ABBA aficionados and debatable 70s fashion when Björn Again return to the venue on 19 October. Having performed to dazzling reviews in 2011, the group are set to bring the audience to their feet for the second year in a row.

Founded in 1988 in Australia by the show’s director, Rod Stewart, Björn Again have since performed more than 5,000 times in 65 different countries with their own brand of ABBA’s upbeat pop. The set list for the ADNEC show includes well-loved favourites, including “Gimme, Gimme, Gimme”, “Dancing Queen”, and “Voulez-Vous”.

“Björn Again has been able to achieve remarkable and ongoing success since it was established in 1988. While ABBA engaged on a 10-month music tour for 16 countries, Björn Again staged more than 5000 parties in 65 countries, generating more than 50 million Pound (AED 300 million) over 23 years.

Ticket prices start from AED 80 for standard class up to AED 475 for VIP which includes hall balcony seating, snacks, and table services. Other special packages include two tickets and one night stay for two persons at Hyatt Capital Gate, Aloft Abu Dhabi as well as Capital Centre and Premier Capital Centre Hotels, allowing visitors the opportunity to spend the weekend at prices starting from AED 610.

The show starts at 7 pm on Friday, 19 October with local band warming up the house, before a full 90 minute ABBAstraganza as Björn Again performs some of the world’s best loved pop anthems the way only they can. The evening continues at the Aloft Abu Dhabi hotel after party with DJ Tim Cheddar spinning classic hits from the 70s and 80s, into the early hours.
